We all tend to feel the pressure to make it look like our lives are perfect, like we have it all together. We try our best to avoid pain, gain a little applause, and measure up in a world that seems to be telling us that we don’t. For so many of us the “real me” is not something that we can allow anyone to see. So we hide behind a cropped and edited version of ourselves that we present to the world, while on the inside we lose heart. What if there is an alternative? We believe that there is and hope that you will join us as we talk about that.
